Millions of lives interwoven in a city, all with their own detail.

*The view across the river* *it looks jalf asleep,* *a stillness tells lies* *about this place.* *I do not hear the feet* *nor the voices that speak* *not even the mobil* *with its annoying tune,* *you know the one* *diddly diddly* *dip dip dee* *but I do not hear ot* *its not bothering me.* *'Hey you over there, in the silent cuty,'* *'tell me about your lives* *I need a story.'* *A bike padlocked to the railings* *going no where* *thats for sure,* *no rider no people* *this side or that* *a view across the river* *only silence comes back.*

This reminds me of the old adage that "one can be alone in a crowd of many". The picture is well depicted by your poem--indicating stillness and silence. Nice job.
