As I lay here in my bed this night,
I feel the whisper of angels wings...
Their gentle kisses upon my cheek.
They nudge me to join them
for a short while as I drift off to sleep.
I was lifted up gently in robes of white
with an angel on each side,
guiding and holding me, whispering
soothing words of Faith which
drifted before me in their sky -
“We teach you to fly, we show you
the path that will always lead you home
when you need to renew and to
heal the sorrow within.
We show you a place of peace,
a refuge for your heart.
The Father has sent us, to lift you up...
He has granted you the Grace of His wonder
and the spirit joy of His heaven.”
To behold such Glory, to feel with such tenderness
and to breathe in with such awe...
I cannot tell you what I saw as I journeyed,
there are no mortal expressions to convey what
I experienced this day - an Angel’s kiss God sent my way.
