It was right before
Christmas appearing
when all over the globe
all the critters were stirring
Many of them were headed for
their court hearing
The real bad ones were
thinking about not appearing
Hardly any of them were
God ferrying

I in my right frame of mind
was trying to be loving
understanding and kind
However there was very little
love to find
without facing the regular
bump and grind
that almost made me want to
turn a blind

I knew Santa would be here soon
hopefully under a bright full moon
That is if he could conquer his fear
with all the terror and crime near
He was even afraid for his faithful
hard working reindeer
Rudolf was afraid to lead and steer
in fear of losing his life or an ear
Even the other reindeer wished to
stay clear
but regardless all were still full
of Christmas cheer
