It's two AM..
I slept an hour..
the worst hour
the longest hour..
I awake to
be surrounded by things
that do not belong to me..
In bed with some monster..
liquid white eyes..
small sharp teeth on his
otherwise perfect face..
I must be going crazy..
this is just a dream..
wake me up..
someone please..
I roll
I toss
I turn
until I fall out of bed..
I see a little boy who tells me
it is my fault he is dead..
Why I scream
who are you?
I get up..
I turn the light on
I think I must be awake..
Lights don't turn on in dreams..
Do they?
I pinch myself..
Yup.. I feel it..
Then I look into the hallway..
and see him standing there..
So tall..
So big..
Dead eyes made of stone..
Ohh God, he is back..
Again I fighr alone..
A ghost from my past..
waiting for his chance..
to finish what he started..
when I was just a child..
I know now
I am still asleep..
but this doesn't stop the fear..
He is so big..
I feel like a child..
Suddenly...
the lights go out..
Total darkness..
Now I am hysterical..
he wants to hurt me..
tie me up..
have his way..
watch me bleed..
laugh as I pray..
as I plead..
nothing stops
his endless needs..
not in life
not in dreams..
he knows where to find me..
no matter how far I run..
he is always waiting..
at the setting of the sun..
Waiting in my room..
or right now in my hall..
I have run from him
all my life..
but he knows me
all to well..
perhaps this time
he will follow me
strait into the depths of hell..
I cannot seem to escape
in my mind
his evil dwells..
He catches me..
throws me down..
Then I do awake..
Now to afraid
to close my eyes..
My heart beating so fast
I cannot catch my breath..
Wishing I could sleep..
Just one night..
Just one time..
but knowing I cannot...
control my subconscious mind.
I think at times
I would give my life..
Just to sleep
one peaceful night..

Boo.....this is scary....you sure that was not "Ted" wanting his money.I can catch a hint if I see one.....lol.....

I can not sleep either, I tried prayer, but he keeps waking me up with more questions such as, "How much did you say you owed me?"
