Dare You Gamble

My Lord
knows living isn't easy.
Trials, tribulations, test our wit, courage.
The worse is to withdraw, be discouraged.
Faith is habit ... forming.  Dare you gamble?
Every day, each life, is a challenge.
Frequently people tend to ramble,
fail to take commitments seriously.
Is your name written in the Book of Life?
Jesus
shows us clearly, all things are bound.
There are enough diseases and hatred
to keep mankind from Heaven, the sacred.
Joy, cheer, is contagious.  Dare you gamble?
Is material gain or fame on earth
leaving your spiritual self torn ... scrambled?
Who is your number one priority?
Have you hope or stress?  Have you happiness?
The Lord
knows the end from the beginning.
Christ came--we're free!  Choose your way of living.
Our Creator loves us, keeps on giving;
His love never-ending.  Dare you gamble?
Isn't life better when you are touched ... blessed?
We learn how to live by Christs' example.
I've found Jesus!  He's taken my sin, strife!
Dare you gamble?
