This world is not my home, I'm just a passing through, my treasures lay upon somewhere beyond the blue..the Angels beckon me from Heavens open doors, and I can't feel at home in this world anymore...

Poem Artwork

Somewhere beyond the blue

There is a place of transparent Gold
purest form ne'er known to man
built by the the master builder
in preparation for his bride

Though he tarries
Tis for good reason
Gives us a chance
we don't deserve

To get ourselves in order
in preparation for eternity
rather than lay up treasures here
where moth and rust eat them away

Though he tarries
Tis for good reason
Gives us a chance
we don't deserve

Some may think a rock will finish us
Though it's the ROCK that saved us
Waterworld perhaps be our end
Waters of life we will drink without ending

Though he tarries
Tis for good reason
Gives us a chance
we don't deserve

It's all coming down
it's all gonna end
we've destroyed his footstool
which needs to be cleansed

Though he tarries
Tis for good reason
Gives us a chance
we don't deserve

If I am never wealthy
or live a long life
it matters nought
for my eyes doth see

Somewhere beyond the blue!

Ch'erie my dear His kingdom is paved with gold, His glory beyond our mortal understanding. He promised Noah that while the "Bow" was in the sky He will not flood the earth.
There is still hope for mankind, for the gospel will be preached thought the earth and many will accept. Thought His time is not yet He is at the gates. Let us all keep the faith, the commandments and let us put on the whole armour of God.

BEAUTIFUL, Ch'erie; inspiring and shows God's incredible mercy--which we don't deserve. Thanks be to a Saviour for His Gift!

Luke urges us to look up for our redemption draws near. As the world plummets ever deeper into the miry pit of moral depravation, we remind ourselves to keep craning our spiritual necks upwards to look for His return.

I do agree also, matters not your wealth or fame.
That's a mute point when it comes to our souls.

How I agree that this world is not our real home. He has prepared a paradise for us. Those who don't believe have only themselves to blame. Lovely song/poem. Victor

This is powerful, Ch'erie, and beautifully executed. Yes, Heaven is real, He is real, and He will come again, soon. Our world cannot continue on as it is. Brilliant work. Glad to see you writing again. I really like what I've been reading on the Den lately. Much thought and concern for Eternity. Praise the Lord.

God Bless
LOL
