Don't be scared!
It's just for a short while
Which can last
A countless number of times.

Concentrate on each one
To surpass chronicity --
Do it consciously
On a constant basis
As your regularly purified mind
Is the only remedy for everything, . .
Even death, which
Is always one and the same.
