“Good night,” Mr. Bad Night,
With all your nasty fright.
You, the night, oh so wild,
While I was just a little child.
Why then couldn’t you spare,
Just a little mercy, with some care.
But no, every shadow and creak
Sent me under the covers to seek
Escape from night’s terrible hold,
Shaking from fear, not winter cold.
The howling night wind so spooky,
Rattling bones made me feel kooky.
The bats fly by on pointed wings,
My pounding heart no longer sings.
Scratching tree limbs leave me shaken,
How can I from this nightmare awaken.
The waning moon now nearly expired,
As I lay back down, feeling oh so tired.
Begone Mr. Bad Night and all your fright,
May morning banish you from my sight.

Praise our Lord Jesus Christ! The Maji came that day after following that big bright star day and night. So now we have no reason to have stress or strife. For HE has given us hope and eternal life. Merry Christmas John! Joy to the world for the Lord has come! Now let us go tell the others who think this life is the end. No way! Amen, my friend!
