THE WORD OF GOD SAYS, 'GOD CREATED THE WICKED FOR THE DAY OF EVIL'. I DON'T HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS AT ALL HOWEVER, MAY I SUGGEST; IF THE ONLY THING ONE HAD TO CHOOSE WAS...GOOD, THAT IS GOD, THEN OUR CREATOR WOULD NOT HAVE FOLLOWERS THAT TRULY LOVED HIM, BUT THOSE THAT HAD 'NO CHOICE' BUT TO LOVE HIM. HE WOULD HAVE FOLLOWERS THAT ARE FOLLOWING HIM BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO DO. AND WHERE IS THE 'STRENGTH'... OF THE FIERCE COMMITMENT IN SUCH A RELATIONSHIP WHERE ONE IS ACTUALLY 'FORCED TO LOVE' THAT WHICH IS THE ONLY THING AVAIABLE?
BUT, NO WE SERVE A GOD THAT TRULY LOVES US! WE SERVE A JUST GOD...A FAIR GOD. A GOD WHO HAS GIVEN US THE 'FREE WILL' TO 'CHOOSE HIM OR NOT'. HOW GRACIOUS OUR GOD WHO DOESN'T WANT AN ARMY OF 'ROBOTS' PROGRAMMED TO LOVE HIM. BUT AN ARMY OF DEDICATED, SURRENDERED INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE FALLEN SO MUCH IN LOVE WITH HIM THAT THEY HAVE...CHOSEN TO 'REFUSE EVIL' AND MADE A PERSONAL DECISION TO FOLLOW HIM.
THUS THE PARABLE OF 'THE TWO ROADS'. AND ALSO IN THE WORD WE HAVE THE APOSTLE PAUL CALLING HIMSELF...'A PRISONER OF CHRIST'. NOT THAT HE WAS TIED TO CHRIST AND COULD NOT GET AWAY....BUT HE WAS TIED TO CHRIST AND 'DID NOT WANT'.. TO GET AWAY, HE WAS HIS PRISONER...BY CHOICE!
WITHOUT EVIL...THERE WOULD BE NO CHOICE TO CHOOSE GOOD. AND IN CONCLUDING I DARE TO SAY...THE MAGNIFICENT, ETERNAL MATCHLESS LOVE OF GOD NEVER SHINES SO BRIGHT AS IT DOES...IN EVIL'S DARKNESS. IT IS THERE THAT ONE CAN SEE AND RECOGNIZE THE VAST DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO.

Man's problem is he relies too little on the human biology of discernment, regardless of where anyone thinks we came from. With the mentality to distinguish and make logical and rational decisions, we can only point a finger at the uneducated and untraveled person who often finds it impossible to understand the truth that one can't truly understand good without knowing evil. Thus, paying more attention to what comes before and after either evil or good would be very beneficial to repair ignorance.

We all contain within us a reptile brain stem. Throughout prehistory and history the quest for survival often involved evil activity. For example, it was probably quite common before recorded history for people starving because of circumstances of the weather, to eat their dead rather than starve to death.

As civilized, moral people, we may think of cannibalism as evil and bad, it may have been necessary for us to be here at all. To have survived in tougher times we can't imagine. When evil people conquer by evil means, they are the ones that pass on that behavior through their DNA to their offspring. It has been determined that much of humanity has descended from Genghis Khan, who raped thousands of women in his murderous conquests.
