love this. earthy, honest and, ..has a genuinely REAL feel. as a combination, .. choice of song, feeling in your singing, mastery of the guitar, you should take a pride ruan. well played, well sung, well done! .
That was really nice for a change… And now I know it's coming. That also was some beautiful guitar strumming and your voice is strong and clear with that characteristic folk singing ballad ability that I love. My hearing is quite impaired, but I could understand your lyrics well. The only thing better would have been a YouTube video. You really should do that with this one.
You should try out for one of those "got talent" shows, who knows how far you could go...it reminds me of one of those songs from the 60's, a folk ballad by maybe Janis Joplin...-e-
Ruan, I'm not well. I listened to you singing before and thought I had responded. Jesus. You have a wonderful, unique voice and I absolutely LOVE the way you belted out that song.
