Clearing out all these cobwebs is a task for a cleaning crew; interested are you?

Poem Artwork

Cobwebs of the Mind…

No matter what I write,

Then post to my site,

May not always be,

Anything at all about me…

Even when I do clear my depression,

Just cause I do make the expression,

Does not necessarily mean,

It is all I feel or in one direction or another lean…

If this explanation in and of itself does not make sense,

Think of it as do I as follows, yes, hence,

So many thoughts do go through my head,

Of Rufuz, of me, of thoughts of being dead,

Of you & the world and all that’s being said,

For me to have to hold all this in,

I would most surely and certainly be led,

To the brink of insanity,

What more can herein be said…?

YOu have spoken for most of us, Eddie M... that's the 'burning in the belly' they talk of... if we didn't write, we'd explode... your poem is as clear as crystal, as fine as wine... therapy is only a pen-stroke away for us all. Write on, dear poet, dear friend. katy xox.

Ed, just remember this....

Life, only one to a customer. So no matter how much, "I" want to check out...I refuse to miss out on a single moment of my life. Afterall, I pay for it everyday. ~ Sara

Here, here, Ed and J.A. this is true. Some think all I think about is love, not really. I am playing catch up. I have so much more to say, I am not a one horse show(smile). True so many things come to my mind, some is still in my desk draw for fear some one will think me silly for writing it. But, I can never experience all the thoughts running through my head but I can try to capture them to show the world. Thanks for bringing this to light Ed, but you own us no explanation for your gift, you just are....

Ed, this really says it all. I tell my wife the same thing when I write....she thinks its all about me, when half the time, I am unsure myself. Enjoyed this piece.
