What Rufuz has to put up with...

Poem Artwork

My poor old buddy that I love,

Has to put up with daddy being down,

His daddy does sleep for most of the day,

Leaving poor Rufuz outside on his leash,

Though the weather is cool, and water he has,

He is stuck with no company, sitting on the cool ground…

Though dad has to admit,

When outside he does finally go,

Ruffie is happy to see him & gives him a lick,

As if he does understand dads pain & woe…

He is always dads best buddy,

Though his dad is an old fuddy-duddy,

He tries to alleviate his dads anguish,

And he does so most often,

As he does take care of his dad,

Even when dad does portray his languish…

Well I guess with Rufuz the old adage about a dog being man's best friend is a reality.

Rufuz~

I am so glad you have each other; with the problems your daddy is facing, he needs you to lick his tears, his pain, his hurts away! God bless you and your daddy!

And you're lookin' great! Four paws up!

Rufuz, you are o.k. with your owner. You seem to have it very good indeed and being on the den with lots of friends seems to be the thing for you to do. Thanks Rufuz and Ed too for being so friendly.
