Poem Artwork

Most likely won't see her again this week,

Things she's got to do keep us apart,

To have her near or see her here is what I seek,

But it looks like another week will pass,

My depression is just getting deeper, longer it will last...

There is no way to convince her to show,

Our relationship for now really does blow,

It got to such a high point, it really did grow,

Now I am not too sure, up till tonights call I was then all aglow...

So, I guess I will live without,

Sorry if I seem as if I do pout,

But I really do NEED to see her every once in awhile,

Maybe I am not to her anymore worthwhile,

Time for another anti-depressant, maybe that will return my lost smile...

Hang tough and try to get to the bottom of the no show. If it can never be fixed then it is time to move on. You have much to offer somebody else. Patrick

Take a 5-mile run up the beach and you'll do both of you a favor. Start one step at a time.

The most important help we can get is from ourselves, yes meds have to be a big help. Try to think positive thoughts Ed. When I get down I start to think of all I have compared to those who have NO HOME, NO FOOD, NO FAMILY, and NO HEALTH. Gosh I feel better now. Take care, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Look for what is good in your life, my friend. Hang in there and tough it out. Ain't that easy, I know. But try, Ed, you're strong.

As a wise friend said to me once when I was going through some heavy depression...go to a children's hospital and see the seriously ill sick and dying children who haven't had the joys of bitching about what life is like fifty years later. I didn't go though for I realized she was right. Depression is a serioius illness and needs to be treated but we also have to try and find ways to help ourselvs as well. Hang in there...

Hang in there you just got to hang in you have been through so much. At least she is alive where my love is going up to Heaven. I am sure she still loves you and wants to see you when she gets unbusier and all. Have a hope, holidays are coming fast.

Wow, you sound so down and lost. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day and all will return to what it once was, always have faith...

Be always safe,
Karen
