Raised in Sea Isle City, NJ since I was four,

Hung out on the beach & the local candy store,

The older I got on boats I hung out more,

Now its called by everyone the shore…

First met my Rene in Sea Isle,

We both grew up together, it took a while,

Still we had fun, living a life, less than now, hostile,

Nary did you see any of us way back then without a smile,

Living on the ocean was definitely worthwhile…

In time we grew,

As children usually do,

Went our separate ways,

But one thing remained,

We all still love & cherish our Sea Isle,

It always did of all from there, beguile…
