Sounds like a nasty urinary tract infection. Hopefully your doctor can forestall it for a while. Wearing an internal catheter makes you susceptible to UTIs. Just keep on plugging and before long you'll have a solution for that. Losing sleep can be a bummer because it messes up your thinking.
