a general lack of memory on my part

Poem Artwork

Where the hell have I been?

For that matter when did I crash this scene?

My mouth is dry, where are my clothes,

Who did I sleep with last night?

Was that even LAST night?

I remember lights & music,

The acid was green,

Was the pot laced?

Whose bed did I sleep in?

Was I good because I woke up alone?

I seem to remember getting blown,

But by whom is the question that inside my head has grown,

Did I commit last night any major sin?

Guess one day I will get to this an answer,

Hope I didn’t from anyone contract cancer,

I seem to have this memory of a belly dancer,

Or was that actually me; last night was nothing but a disaster.

I certainly hope this was a figment of your poetic imagination and not reality shown in the photo. Good thing it wasn't yours, or more likely would have joined the crowd.
