I'm Thinking!

I think i'll write a poem - about whatever comes to mind.

Poem Artwork

I'm going to write some poetry,
For of course for everyone to  see.
I wonder what is ahead for me?
What is coming my way, free?

I see there's a blood red moon arising Saturday.
It means lots of action in any day.
I'm not going to let it worry me any
Cause I know (i've faith and sanity).

Does one ever wonder what is to be?
I know that's a fact indeed, and I breathe.
Let whatever comes our way,
Cause it's not coming to harm us, but to sway.

I am truly blessed with family and friends,
How could I help but not know the  ends.
Life goes on and on in each individual's lifetime.
It's often good, but can be bad along the line.

With God by my side, not harm to arrive.
I think that I know how to survive.
Been through bad times of depression,
But that has already been a lesson,

I truly believe what's coming tis all to the good
I find living to be especially without wearing a hood.
I want to not be swayed by scarey things.
I do think I'll be able to accept the wings.

Thank you for sharing this most positively uplifting poem, Lois. I'm glad I got to read it this morning as I am going through a bit of "down" time. I miss my friend and I have to realize that she is not coming back in this life. Thanks again for commenting on my "stuff" too. Love and best wishes,

Regis

It's nice to express feelings in a poem and tell it like it is. God is in control and we are here for the journey. Blessings are on the way! Amen

...and I am pretty damn sure you will get those wings...though knowing you they may be just a bit off white...but who would want to die & go to heaven and get virgin white wings; that would mean that we didnt have any fun in life...-e-
