Simple Words Are Simply Beautiful

One word often reflects the beauty of an oil painting,
a symphony, a poem.. I write the word, 'ripple' - setting in
motion fast moving water or sound. Adding, 'peek-a-boo'
is too common for this poem, but isn't it pretty? The word,
'twinkle,' brings energy and images of unimaginable lighting.
'Dawn,' is the word to create a new day as gorgeous as
we could want or need. And who isn't charmed into
a holiday spirit just hearing that rare word, 'Pumpkin'?
The sharpness of, 'hush,' is softened when whispered in
its command. The word we've loved since we were little
children is 'lollipop.' In 'cozy,' we hear it conjure up
closer feelings. After 'tickle,' no other word brings quicker
laughs than this funny one. Surely, the most colorful of
words 'rainbow,' paints for us, instate bright images.
A word that says more than one thing is, 'passion,' in its
defining satisfactorily our intense desire. Perhaps the
winner of all words would be that big 'smile,' given
freely to those we meet. A favorite of persons having
a special someone, is, 'sweetheart." And, best of words is
'love,' which is bested by another word even more, 'lovable.'
