Mornings and afternoons full of free time
Spent staring into nothingness space
Trashing moments of Einstein-like ideas
Fertile for the one who had dropped off
Into his warm and comforting nod-land
Once again missing a chance to help others
During time of inactivity we think deeply
And reviewing each thought we forget it
Making room for an original to shake things
One gripping and plausible to take hold
Dragging both idea and me into a need
When watching cement set has no appeal
