" If I tell you I am good, you'll think I am boasting....If I tell you I'm no good, you'll know I'm lying " ........................................................................ I travel alone by force of nature A free spirit with a combative nature I go my way and bow to none Hard work helped me, get it all together And I honed my body to obey my will Extreme confidence with nerves of steel Walking through life I fear no man As I have developed an unbeatable philosophy That cares for neither convention or reason Unorthodox, I challenge and bend the rules And prove that he who adapts, has the winning hand Neither time nor age can weaken my resolve Indomitable force in fluid,flexible motion Victory and success is a slam dunk case Because the contest is won Already in my mind Even before hostilities begin Its all over bar the shouting Feel my muscles and iron like forearms Lightning speed, you don't see me coming Practice makes perfect, and repetition gives timing So hear me out, and watch me go I've gone through life in an irrepressible show We all come into this world without being asked I say to you, you can be first or last You owe nobody a single thing I don't give a damn what other people think Brimming and fired with self belief Tempered by the crucible of compassion I'll show you how to make it work Come this way, its a single track Just close your mind and open your heart I'll give you all the secrets of life Rolled together, a double whammy so as to be Listen carefully to what I say Write it on the back of your hand today .....Love Implicitly Your Spirit Inside...... "Love Implicitly Your Spirit Inside"... this has to be the Big Boom going off inside like a rocket that speaks veracity and wholeness. We cannot be whole if we are but fractured pieces within. So, whatever "self" is, we have to it be true as "the house divided against itself will not stand". We may spend our whole lives trying to be "all things to all men", but, at the end of the day, the minute we are to ourselves "true", then we begin to find out not only who we truly are but where we can truly fit in and make a difference out of the integrity of our own hearts and not just as "people pleasers". I needed this!! :)) TY Kate xx
