Since I was a child
I have pounded on the door of knowledge and wisdom
seeking that which is seen and unseen
no stone have I left unturned
in my insatiable quest for information
I will not rest, nor will I ever be satisfied
until the race and game is over
I will leave my mark wherever I go
and I will not brook defeat or discouragement
I am greater than this
by the nature of the spirit within
unquenchable is my thirst
for personal awareness and enlightenment
I Am whom I Am
and that is the core quality of a human being
made in the image of my Maker
and though the outer man will decay
the inner man grows stronger by the day
I was never like the rest
ruled by no one, and subject to none
and devoted to my God
I have always ploughed a single furrow in life
a lone star of the universe
guarding my heart with a vengeance
from the imposters
who try to impose their will on you
I have survived the trials and tribulations

You are a spirit-warrior.
Warriors come in many shapes and forms, men and women who have given a piece of themselves usually not by design or desire but by circumstance. They have given their talent, courage and knowledge. They have shared their experiences, skills and power, expanding others concepts of widom, while at the same time strengthening the foundation of the people. They have strived to simply survive, and in doing so have made a difference.
The face of mother earth is complex. Like all people struggling to adapt and thrive, warriors incorporate, adapte, assimilate and cultivate our surroundings and experiences to create a World of amazing diversity. A FAMILY.
A family is more than blood. A family, with its invisible boundaries, is a collection of shared experiences and generational bonds that hold a group of people together. Each generation affects those that come after, in ways monumental and minuscule. Many hands weave the filter through which we see the world. Threads from the past inexplicably find themselves sewn into our present; a smile, a belief, an expression or a laugh drifts through the generations.
The LOVE SPIRIT we share is as much for our individual contributions as it is for the humanness of our shared ancestors. Like all families, we are no better or worse than the limits that human nature will allow.
