Making such resolutions on one's own behalf is probably one of the wisest and most powerful things an individual can do in today's war-torn world. Love the intensity of inspired determination in these lines.

I enlarged that picture, Sir Peter, on my desktop and pulled my chair up close. With my feet up, I sipped a mint julep during my lunch break.

Why is it, I always feel like you are living next door to me?

This is another very excellent and sensory write, that evokes those desires and hopes for heaven, and being in the presence of Almighty God for all eternity.

I have to plagiarize something your wrote in a review to me several poems ago: "Ride on Cowboy!"

Another splendacular write, Peter! It is obvious your lodestone is the same Guiding Light as my own! Absolutely wonderful! Oh, to sit in that garden you've placed up there........I love wrought iron...and stone/rock walls...and trellises...and arbors, benches........it truly has it all.
