No one in this world (no matter how much hatred or bigotry is aimed towards them) is beyond redemption and salvation. I do not mean this in the religious spiritural context rather in the "hearts can change" context...

Miss All Night Special

By: Fee

She leaned her boobs in the open window

Of his rusted, seen better days, Cadillac

Smiled saying sir you want a good time

You know I have a special knack

She said I don’t do front seat quickies

I’m an all night special kind of girl

For a hundred bucks old timer

I’ll take you all around the world

She was too many years past her prime

Then again not half as old as he

I think I’ll have the all night special

She smiled and said sounds fine to me

He paid all her fee in cash up front

Then took her across town to his home

She looked around the house a moment

The lack of frills said he lived alone

He poured them both some sweet red wine

Lighting candles he dimmed the light

He held out his hand, took her in his arms

Somehow they slow danced away the night

Naked they seemed more man and wife

As they sat there on the edge of that feather bed

He said I’ve loved and lost too many hearts

Now they’re just sweet memories in my head

So he told her true that he was dying

Only a few more months at the most

A cold shiver passed between them

The Cancer’s echo of a coming ghost

Laying down they spent the night together

In her arms she held him safe and tight

Let him weep his teardrops on her shoulder

For once knowing she was doing something right

In the morning she made them both breakfast

Sipped coffee as she watched him shave

Later they took a lover’s walk in the park

She returned the money he had gave

She never went back to the life she lived

From that moment they shared everything

He read to her from Byron and Shelly

And one day he gave to her a wedding ring

Never-Never Land they knew could never last

And one night the Dark Angel finally came

Holding her hand he slipped away smiling

At his Miss All Night Lady without shame…

Fee,
Wow, this poem is superb. A dying old man finds love in the arms of a most unlikely source. Yes, my friend. Anyone can change if they truly want too. This poem is proof of it. Another amazing story, Fee.

Fee,
I need tissues for my tears. I am very touched by the lovingness of these words. Two lonely people finding their goodness through each other. No-one should ever be judged (no matter the unsavory upfront opinion of any circumstantial appearance) Your words are deep emotion & emit true depths of love. Your heart is very beautiful to be able to write this.
