Dirty Politics

Author and Christian friend, Paul Berube gave me the idea for this poem.

Unfortunately, dirty politics has always been a fact of life.

Think of the Romans during the time of Jesus.

Think of the USA in the 60's with all that racial strife.

 Jesus had to face lies and corruption during His time.

JFK and MLK had to face federal scandal and political crime.

There are a few good leaders in the world today.

We should know them by their faith in The Lord.

Let’s pray for the right leader and Jesus will provide a way.

Amen

Politics have always been dirty. Money and power are the root of it all. And it is not only presidents either. I agree with YOU that the Lord will decide. If he does not do it
soon our younger generation will be no more!
