I know you mean well, John, but even a "sinner man" can write meaningful words, and verses, and novels, and masterpieces. He can do so because God gave him a magnificent brain...and He expects him to use it. Robert Frost (acknowledged by many as our best poet) once said "Forgive me Oh Lord for the little jokes I played on Thee; and I will forgive the big one You played on me." Peace.

...and yet the sinful preacher who opines that all is vanity found his words have stood the test of time... it appears that God uses the words of both weak and strong, sinful and anointed, meager or robust... God can speak as readily through the mentally infirm or the sage and wise as he can through the traditionally 'anointed' or conventionally accepted... submission neither guarantees sanctity nor righteousness any more than independence and iconoclastic thought precludes piety or sincere spirituality... it is all well and good to put more trust in the Lord than in man, but if the Lord uses men and women to achieve his purposes, ought we not give ear to both? As far as Proverbs 15:29 goes, Jesus' response about how the Lord causes the shine to shine on both the good and the wicked is apropos and speaks of the need to be impartial towards all humanity. Though I speak with the tongues of angels and have not love... God loves us all equally. When will we learn to listen to all impartially?

The truly good person strives to improve upon themselves. We are created with free will, so when we turn to the Lord he knows he has truly been given a gift. Bob

The Spirit of God so moved within in my spirit on your reading of this anointed inspiration and reflection of the heart of God. What a privilege and honor to be chosen by God to be His instrument of Light and Love to a lost and needy world. Thank you for submitting to and expressing His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
