JOHN, YOU ARE SO RIGHT. THERE ARE TIMES WHEN I REVEL IN THE FACT THAT I AM LED TO JUST RELAX AND DO...NOTHING. THOUGH 'NOTHING' TIMES SEEMS TO MOST LIKE A WASTE OF TIME, IT IS THE MOST FULFILLING TIME FOR IT IS THEN THAT GOD REVIVES AND REPLENISHES US. BEING ABLE TO LET GO AND BE STILL IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS BEING ON THE JOB 24/7. WHEN JESUS WANTED TIME ALONE...HE TOOK IT AND SPENT TIME WITH GOD...DOING NOTHING. After just listening to a woman, a business partner, fuss and fret, about everything under the sun, causing me to feel so uneasy I almost zoned out at times, this explanation on the video is a breath of fresh air.

As soon as I'm through with this poetry box, I think I'll go and think about nothing for a while.

Yes... clearing the mind and meditating on silence is something I, and my wife, often do. Especially in the mountains. Finding peace is an absolute priority in our lives. It's during those times that prayer, for us, seems most efficacious. I totally relate to your premise in this crystal-clear write... yes. Peace to you... rlc
