now being from a whole nother country and also being quite ignorant of things containing a scrap of importance [at times] i have to say i have NO clue who/what Enron is [though i will look into it after completing this comment] i prolly dont understand the entire context of this piece but i am close to being able to guess.
in the end i guess it is god who sees the heart of the person and judges them accordingly as to whether this enron dude gets in or not...
i once heard a joke about a man who was deadly rich on earth wanting to take some slabs of gold into heaven and when he was allowed and brought them in thinking he was so big and important everyone fell over laughing wondering why he had brought along more street pavers with him haha.
when i was in ethiopia a somali man [old enough to be my grandfather] offered to marry me and to pay my father a dowry of 50 camels...
thats a whole lotta camels to get through needle eyes and into heaven XD
Enjoyed this my friend, I think that we can all relate to this write! I do think that there will be many surprises in the end! But, if we keep an honest heart the ultimate goal of Heaven will be worth all the climbing, trials, and troubles that we endure while here on earth...a very powerful and poignant write my friend, enjoyed!

No I think it is sad that St. Peter was falling down on the job. The camel should be welcomed, especially after getting through that needle's eye. Those eyes are tiny little things!

Ha! You beat me to it! Sooner or later, I was sure to giggle my way into writing about that very determined camel! I can just see him. Before the needle, he looks like a camel. After the eye of the needle, picture a 40-mile-long ramen noodle (with an attitude)! Good one, Georg!
I'll meet you outside that gate; maybe we can camp out, and share stories. And when we start carrying those Enron picket signs, maybe they will finally let us in!
Only God will make that judgment but I bet when you get to heaven you will see some people you never thought had a chance to get there. God's mercy endures forever.
Something to think about here. If the Enron gang gets more than the pair of dice (pun intended) they have been playing we all need to look a little closer at the concept. PLB&G for sharing this gray ode. <Mikii>
