This one is in response of our Bonnie May poem "Forgive us Fee" and be sure all of you gals that the brothers Ed will find ways to protect our little brothers everywhere.
If only all of you could only shut up and let us drive in peace...
Ode to Bonnie’s Hubby
Patiently driving his car hubby was
all dressed up for Halloween at Fee’s
respecting all the road’s many laws
with passenger practicing being a witch
giving him all kind of direct orders
on how to drive from there to here,
that man wasn’t have a angel costume
but he deserved to be one with wings.
Wives, girl friends, mothers or whatever
should learn to be good, shut up and sit
lying back and enjoying the great ride
before the driver gets tired and throws a fit
with your fannies getting be plenty warm
by an energetically applauding hand, his,
and you ain’t gonna get to no party fast
if you go from being a witch to a bitch.
Hubby will get help from the brothers Ed
car invention a buckled up so magnifique
that will improve our safety on the roads
if hubby learns to use them properly,
no more distractions, “left, right, stop!
watch the front car, the exit you will miss…”
Bonnie’s hubby as our new saint proclaimed
by a proclamation from the Pope to be.
For some reason every time I use my GPS it has a proclivity for sending me always through a getto area calling it a "short cut".
What's up with that? I would rather the trip take a little longer than get all the stares, Or worry about someone carjacking my Caddilac.
Lost in every new city..........
Yes indeed a GPS is the sane answer and of course that new seatbelt invention of yours Georg. As a drive and often a passenger with others, I have to agree there are times I feel like telling my friends to just SHUT UP and let him drive. Thank you for a smile, chuckle and great advise.
Oh my Some one is in trouble so I will not say much!
Soooo funny I can't stop laughing!!
Love the new invention buckled up
Wishing you lots lots of Peace and Love...Morning Star
Ahhh now this is one argument that even Fee is going to take a pass on, and I will let you and the Bonnie's sort this out, all I know is I bought a GPS just to keep the peace in my truck.
They's forgots Bonnie they's been in Canada before, prison records proof it, and you having to come up all those fifty states, with a guy that takes no directions, ts ts.., it most have been terrible for you, Georg that rascal, better develop some compassion, before taking on St. Petes office, yet looking on the other side of the coin, he also has to tell the truth, and that includes women giving directions, a bad habit, they have to learn to break, before they drive all mankind nuts, Blessings! Am afraid you're going to get an ear full ... but not from me!

Sometimes I could bite my tongue and it still wouldn't keep my mouth shut. Somebody's got to get the men driving properly!
Although, to be truthful, I did feel bad for Bonnie's Jim.
This is a good one, Georg. the men will love you--the women will wonder when you men will finally "get it" and drive the way we tell you to!

I couldn't agree more! I told Bonnie that I threaten Mean Tall Woman with Duct Tape when we go on long drives, but this 'Ed' invention of yours is much better!!
PS: But I would never do that to dear old Mom, like some brothers I know!
I knew it, I really knew it, you Ed's would take his side. There I was sitting like an angel with him driving me from Colorado, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New England, lookin for Canada...would not stop for directions anywhere, if it was for finding the dragon, jersey devil, and the wolfman, we would never have found Fee's party. Leave it to those Eds, to abandon me in my time of need. Huffy and resentful, Bonnie
