Being the only one of the siblings with a good heart, I want you to know that also I am the only one that loves them, weird as it will seems but around this parts there's a say about blood being thicker than moonshine...if you can believe it, that is.

Poem Artwork

One is very fond of juicy road kill
the other is gonna lost into the wild
one is a really barbeque maverick
the other howls like a wolf all the time,
which drives our Ma round the bend
cursing the day them two she had.

Ain’t no see no jungle camouflage
until you see PeeWee wearing drags
supposedly to blend with the landscape
and no scare all the creatures around,
but look his picture, look at it well
if you meet him suddenly in the dark
don’t tell me you wouldn’t be charmed
by his out of this world drooling smile?

The other charming boy you can see
from PeeWee’s picture to the right
I took it when he was busy harvesting
BBQ road kill to serve with his fries,
even got a first shot eighteen-wheeler
with that peashooter that he call a gun,
and the only family young geezer
which is proud of never taking baths!

To be fair, PeeWee collect lost creatures
which people has mishandled pretty bad,
opening his house to a bunch of dogs
a howl, a squirrel, a parakeet and cats,
which convinced his Mean Tall Woman
that’s he is round the bend a long time,
but he means well just ask his flock,
a modern Francis of Assisi in disguise!

Of Jersey Devil Ed is no much to say
than he’s living and we all thank our God,
cos one day we hear he was very sick
but saved after been lying on his back,
which is a heavy blessing as the Devil
don’t want a hernia carrying a fat ass,
but you ain’t gonna have a better friend
wrapped in a brother and he’s all that!

My brothers Ed…
…one is very fond of juicy road kill
the other is gonna lost into the wild
…one is a really barbeque maverick
the other howls like a wolf all the time,
which drives our Ma round the bend
cursing the day them two she had.

You obviously spent a great deal of time incorporating and elaborating about the qualities of your brothers. Those are some really wonderful attributes that they have. lol GLAD they are your brothers and not mine. :) Kathy

Very funny, Mister Georg. I especially like the picture of your brother ... the one with the missing teeth. Years ago, my wife and I bought our new son-in-law -- who at the time was a police officer -- a red-neck cook book that featured dinners made from road kill. Seems like the book would fit with your family just swell.

LOL! Hey, don't knock it unless you've tried it! Armadillo soup is pretty tasty, ya know!...and besides, this hat-wearing goddess is just that, and alittle road kill savory on the menus of my offspring would never turn a mama's love from her babies! :)
Love and Peace~

I don't see me enjoying road kill of any kind, in fact the thought of it will help me to lose weight Georg. Handsome fellow, I'm gonna git me one at least he's got one good tooth. LOL

I had thought about a series of photography with just road kill
I still may get to it...sorry your poem reminded me of coolness
that grosses people out...you do recall The Pestilence of Romance
inside me yes?
How could anyone not love your brothers?
Of course I do watch wife swap...so maybe those nose air type can't
but we all sure do...
..whatz wrong with howling? hummm.....them thar big city folk....

Ya gotta love family. I am about to embark on a cross country trip crowded into a van with two sisters and two brothers to go see another brother who is terminally ill. So family is important no matter if they smell or not...lol
