A thought provoking poem that makes
this reader think of all of the
unnoticed thoughts in my own life. I
really love the form - it expresses
feelings in such a simplistic way.
What a wonderfully grabbing form, Myrna. I love the way it spills onto the next line with subtle emphasis. I've been away so long, I'll have to work my way backwards to be treated to the others you've crafted in tumbling tercet.
Love,
Taylor
Myrna...tis funny...you recently commneted on my work, saying I invite folks into my thoughts and dreams...that is what I feel with this piece.
Perhaps it is because we have talked on occasion and I know a bit about your life...perhaps it is because you write such universal themes that any reader can relate...
Whatever the reason, this poem is very intimate...so much so, it gives those reading a much closer view into the psyche of Myrna than Myrna may expect.
This is an outstanding piece of work. And I have to say...I believe this tumbling tercet form has become your signature form.
What a wonderful and touching write my friend, this one could be felt to the depths of the soul! Gifted my friend enjoyed this so very much!
Blessings,
Joyce B.
How do you keep coming up with such fresh views of life and its membrable moments? This is surely one of your best contemplative compositions. (That's the good kind!) Enjoyed each word and the pattern they weave for your readers. - Bill
Very contemplative write and one that also forces the reader into thoughts of their own ... what ifs. I like it and love the sincerity of it that comes through so clear..

This is a book of free verse poetry that addresses the seven main tests in life and offers some sensible solutions to passing those tests with minimal discomfort.
Mary Angela Nangini's poems celebrate the richness of life and love. From the city to cottage-country and the roads in between, Nangini explores the changing seasons of her varied region. (This book will soon be reprinted in hard cover.)
