Another piece written in the tumbling tercet form I love..

Outbound Train boarding an outbound train and bidding yesterday farewell my future and I speed away, racing headlong into a distant dream, an unknown hope that seeks the secrets of an unfinished life, and though some might call me foolish and naive for buying only a one-way fare, I have no regrets, no need to follow the tracks back to where it all began, or test the pull-cord of uncertainty ... every mile I travel is marked with past experience and every curve is bordered with decisions made ... I go forward with face to the wind, arms outflung and accepting, riding the tracks that take me to my destiny and distant dreams I've yet to live � October 2007

This is a poem that leaves one with an outlook of life where everything is possible...just ask the girl who left and became more than somebody...
