This is an experiment. What I did was set down with a pencil. Imagine that, a pencil and not my computer. I wrote down names and words that rhymed and then tried to make them into a poem. Mind you, the poem had not place to go unless I could fit the names and words into it. Then I started building around them.

Mary and Sherry
There two ladies by the name of Mary and Sherry
Sherry had too many burdens to carry.
Sherry was depressed so Mary worked hard trying to make Sherry merry.
She told of a fellow named Stew.
Who found himself feeling blue.
No matter how he tried to pull himself up he didn’t know what to do.
Sherry explained to Mary that she could be like the wind.
It blows whenever it wants and never comes to an end.
Her advice to Mary was to reflect on things like a star filled night in June.
“Look around you my Dear sweet Sherry” said Mary “and take time to admire the moon”.
Do not be like Frank for his greatest joy is pulling a prank
And be not like Jane for she suffers with pain what she sees around her with great distain.
Be ye not afraid to let joy cause your spirit to enjoy great fun
Dwell on happiness, peace of mind and great joy can be won.
Do not spend your whole life in worry
But work for the good of God, be busy and scurry.
Take your time and build on your life, there is no hurry.
You will have then gained peace of mind.
You can reach out to friends for they are the tides that bind.
Dwell not on you troubles but look to help others and be sensitive and always kind.
Said Sherry I will try this for it sounds like love.
I will embrace this love and place it above
Everything else that I do and I will start with you.
Now Mary is loved by her best friend, Sherry.
