Artwork by Kimmy Van Kooten: Three-dimensional,Mixed media; (pastel, clay, wood, stone opal for teardrop, and the crown of the Acacia tree)
For all His children that toss and turn through life...wake from your never-ending nightmare, focusing on life and everything that surrounds...through Him...with Him...and In Him...
Be Found by Him!
Amen!
...and then my eyes were opened looking around the room, everything was dispersive . . . different as if efferent
...sliding across the sheets seemed rougher touching the floor with cold feet, worn out, but tougher; fitted to this ripping . . . as if stripping
...sloughing off the pain and all my bad thoughts; the sun never shined like this before! Subsisting... . . .and this day, it was breaking light through all the crevices, as if kissing
and I . . . I’m opening my mouth in awe! I can hear myself think for once and bear it! I’m convincing, yet somewhat hesitant in, how? As if, " Wow!"
...How does this happen? What did it take?; who brought me to this point, and why? Yeah, I can go back to bed, but I’m up for good! Remanding, Unfailing, as if standing. . .
I am up for the first time in my life, and I’m never going back to sleep that nightmare again! When I lay my head on my pillows, I want to dream dreams and fly! As if I . . .
I. . . me, my life and all it has to offer, I matter! For what am I to anyone without glowing, knowing. . .? Like these rays that illuminate my thoughts, as if oughts! Flowing. . .
I must find me under last nights covers, grab my soul and run, run into this tunnelling, because now I see the light everyone else did I just couldn’t wake myself up in the middle of my own nightmare . . . as if scared
You know all the people in the world could care but to appreciate, we must reciprocate Open hands can only stay open for so long, and then, in time, just before its too late, we open ours for someone else . . . another tunnel builder? As if. . . bewildered
We can’t slumber, nor wake, in peace without substance Looking around the room, everything made sense, the light, His cross . . . As if lost
An exceptional write my friend, with message full of power and wisdom indeed! I'll never forget the night that He found me, and I found Him. November 15, 1981...my life has never been the same again! Not always a bed of roses, often times a struggle, but the struggles usually found me on my knees, where I drew strength and a drink from the living water! Enjoyed my friend, you've touched me deeply with this one!
Blessings,
Joyce B.
Oh, to be found! I have never felt more calm than the day after Joey proposed to me. A weight was lifted and all my worries floated away. "He found me!"
Love the write. Your words flow, beautifully! Awesome art, especially in a new light. Your enlightenment... Was it the year 2000? Hmmm...
Love the uniqueness of the moment of this wonderful and unfathomable "foundness", Kimmy. Makes the moment so special and yet tangible and reachable, somehow. And earthy. And you make important points about how it can come when we least expect it to... and the most extraordinary ways. When the mark of God falls upon us in whatever form, all we can is gape with amazement and awe for certain sure. A most wonderful capture in words and art. TY and bless you, Kate xx

You are a uniquely talented woman Kimmy. You incorporate so much on disparate levels - intelligence, philosophical, and spiritual - to create such a palatable whole. Blessings to you! An exceptional write!
Really enjoyed this Kimmy, it was truly creative and full of meaning, I experienced nearly the same feeling now that my priorities are in order, love being first. Great artwork my dear poetess and artist, hope your holiday was great
The artwork is awesome, Kimmy. You not only have penned a beautiful poem of finding faith, but you have added the painting that brings out the true beauty of your words. Excellent write.
Life is all about Him...if we let Him in, He will awaken us. An exceptional write, Kimmy; ... a mixture of uncertainties...then a peaceful calm...when He found you!
Love and peace

Kimmy,
Bless you for you have now moved on to another phase of enlightenment and growth in your journey here on earth. I know what you mean 'cause I'm at that point of enlightenment that those things around, i.e., tangible, are now intrinsic compared to the highest plane I am approaching.
This second revised edition describes, from Onlinesss Self Awakening perspective, the major Truth-consciousness realm-waves of transcendent Self Awakening
