Good Friday Waterfalls carved out of fissures flowing Into valleys and streams of verdure growing The blood seeps from His crown of thorns Trees spreading leafy fingers to the sky Splendiferous happenings await on high As blood seeps from His crown of thorns Climb to see beyond the mystery Horizons of vast splendor and beauty While blood seeps from His crown of thorns The sun blazes in it's magnificent glory The mountain at it's zenith tells His story Still blood seeps from His crown of thorns A glimpse beyond the realms of the stars The answers to Creator's wars Why blood seeps from His crown of thorns The awesome colorful profusion of Creation Circulates through us in spiritual anticipation Like blood seeping from His crown of thorns Uniting us with the blood of Creator's nature Until He Raises all who know Him to His stature etw-2006

What an excellent poem for Good Friday, Eileen. The beginning of the finale starts with Good Friday where we go from the saddest of times to the most glorious. Wonderful work!
