I didn't vote for Obama,but I'm very proud that our country has chosen an African/American! Seeing the tears of joy on so many faces of all races when he was elected should make us all happy to be Americans! Can you imagine how elated he and his family feel right now! I can only say God bless and help them!
The horses meet, now the race is over
In the fields while eating clover
They agree it's time to put aside
Any enmity, or rudeness that deride
They don't want to be out of sorts
Neighing and making demeaning snorts
So for the sake of all the community
Both winner and loser will promote unity
With equine equanimity,they will race fair
No more looking for ways to poke and scare
The losing Stallion will share his experience
With the winning Colt who has common sense
When the time has come to go separate ways
They take a moment to recall the past days
Just before they say their last goodbye's
They gently nudge each other with teary eyes

The question remains, as to whether or not they will! However with wild horses, for e.g. the Brumbies of Australia, often another Stallion will move in and steal mares from the mob!!
