“Sooner or later the universe will serve you
the revenge that you deserve.”
Jessica Brody

Poem Artwork

She is a thing of
Exquisite beauty,
With a beguiling smile
And lithe body,
Her eyes and lips
Promising
Every fantasy
He ever conceived.
He is completely
Enchanted,
Seeing only
What she wants
Him to see,
And not her
Malignant truth.
For
Like the ancient hand fans
Of the Ninja warriors
She is armed,
Her intent
Hidden in plain sight,
And is bent on
Revenge.
He stands no chance
As she dances closer,
Allowing him
To pull her to him
And press his lips
To her neck
As she raises
The dagger,
Flashing like gold fire
In the dim light,
And buries it
With unerring accuracy
Into his spine,
Severing the nerves
And sending him
To the ground.
He stares at her
In shock,
Unable to move
Or speak
As he watches
Her promising smile
Turn to one of
Rage and satisfaction.
“Remember?”
She purrs,
“Do you remember
My sister and
That certain night
When you stole her youth,
Her innocence,
And finally,
Her life?
She, who was only
Fifteen
And full of silly
Girlish dreams,
Whom you stalked
And groomed
For a salacious life
As a high price whore,
Only to lose her
When sense overrode
Your seduction
And you killed her
To keep her quiet.”
The Warrior Sister
Knelt beside
His paralyzed body
And whispered tauntingly
Into his perfect ear,
“Now you are
The silent one.
Whether your body
Lives or dies
Bothers me not,
For you are
Already dead.
Doomed to silence
And total dependence
For the rest of your
Cursed life,
However long
It will be.”
She smiled with satisfaction
As she pulled away
And slipped the dagger
Back into its scabbard
Clipped to the belt
Of her jeans
Beneath her long
Mohair sweater.
“I will see you again
At your funeral
For I want to be sure
You are dead
And my sisters honor
Has been fully avenged
As you make your way
To hell.”

Sweet revenge.

Long ago I still have memories of a cartoon that I saw once. It was a vicious warrior like Genghis Khan, who conquered and raped many women in his path.

Finally, he came to the tent of a princess harem girl as part of his conquering that tribe. She came to him willingly and when he removed the veil from her face to kiss her, she was infested with a deadly tese (?) fly that immediately attacked him in droves and she got her revenge by sacrificing herself. I hope you can image it like the image in the cartoon stays with me.
