A peaceful place I'm ever seeking to find but never have I found such a place. Holly
"Peaceful Place" more than a physical location, more than tranquility, more than God's beauty around us - we each need to find our 'peaceful place' to be what God intended for each of us to be.
The music - I could listen to it for hours - in my peaceful place.
Not brooding is hard to do Georg. But print the poem and go walk in the woods and find a babbling brook. Sit down on a blanket or something dry, read the poem, and just listen. Mother Nature will take care of the rest.
Sissy, you have done it again. A beautiful work. How I long to find a babbling brook around here where I can just sit and find peace.

I have read the poem again and again but the feeling of brooding doesn't go away, and are saying that steps going up when my soul are telling me they are going down.

So much the words affected me.

peaceful poem, meditation in reading it, loved the colours and scent of Nature in this deep breath poem Belle - amazing what a few minutes breathing in and out can do for a person! calming and refreshing, enjoyed - 'meditate but dont brood' is good advice for us humans being! Less grumpiness and more meditation is always a good idea :)
