You are always so brave, Karla, and tackle these issues head on with honesty and yet with such depth of compassion and sensitivity, too. Treasure the questions, seek out the answers, live in love of self and each other. One day, all will be revealed and the bigger picture unveiled. We all tend to think we are being pusished when we lose someone. I felt this way when I lost my son. It's not a punishment. It's life in a way that is hard for us to understand while still in our mortal forms. Great write and capture of this horrible event.

But what happened there was nothing new, surely the size was bigger than usual, and the destruction was more than the norm, but earthquakes and tsunami's and tidal surges are the NORM in that section of the world, unfortunately...they have just never been this widely publicized...this may just be the beginning of the end, or just a normal occurance...Ed

We thought that after WW11. 20 million killed.

We never know why. God is in everything.

It has stopped their civil war..

Yet over 2000 brits washed away.. That week was the next offer, if I did not choose Cuba, as it was fully booked till then..
