neata cheetah!

why is that cat
making the noise of a bird?
that's the strangest
thing that i ever have heard!
that's a cheetah
a big cat that's quite absurd...

built like a dog
and its coat is spotted fur,
speedy? you bet
when it runs, it's just a blur
it doesn't roar
but the cheetah loves to purr (LOUDLY)

tearlines, small head
a mistake hasn't occurred...
the way it's made
stalking the African herds
it's the cheetah
the cat that sounds like a bird!
