When yesterdays words
just bled
away

All I got,left
are the
memories

There I was on
the, top of the
world

Able to breathe
standing straight
rock me, rock me

And you say
you want to
take
my picture

Cause I
look
like a real
mountain man

I guess it can’t
hurt, any
go ………..ahead

standing on top
of the world
for just a day

Wow a great write Stan, just watched the Bucket List with Jack Nicholson and the two terminally ill characters ended up having their ashes placed in a cairn atop the Himalayas...what a view for eternity.

...isnt it funny the lengths one goes through to find a piece of peace? of themselves?
isnt it funny how you feel so full when th air is so thin?
but as long as you come down to earth soon.. .. .
i guess that makes you one of the fallen angels again...instead of the heavenly ones. ..

Top of the World to ya. My peak was the Wheeler Fellowship at Stanford. Now I'm stuck at sea level at TSU on Wheeler Avenue.
