Heartbreaking to me. Need always to say what I am thinking even if compulsive or not. Sometimes I do say the wrong things at the wrong time, so maybe it would be better if I clammed up too and let well enough alone.

Heaviness felt in this poem of despair. Perhaps the tide will turn for this person. One can only hope for a brighter day.
Much peace, love, and light,

Sometimes that's all you can do. I'm sure God heard, listened and performed miracles. I've been there. Great job as usual Bernice!

Bernice, this says so much in such few words. Many times the words won't come out but that doesn't mean they are not being spoken from within. Many times our minds are heavy with worry and our souls are torn & we feel like nothing but an empty shell. A nice write.

Non-verbal communication is probably the most important form of communication; and this piece of work that you created Bernice, says it all about body language, and non-verbal communication.

superb! I, too, have felt this way...quite recently, in fact...words that I would like to say, yet am unable because the other person isn't ready to hear them...
sad...

I have been there and felt this exact way Bernice...sometimes it is what we cannot or refuse to say that weighs the heavyest on our hearts, souls and minds. Great write and love the graphic.

Feel the ponderousness of this one, Bernice - heavy, like a burden - but so well written - well done -
