Poem Artwork

there are days when we feel the no thing
and the mind tends to wander to fill it

if you allow yourself to bask in the silence
and know, it is the wonder of wholeness

make no decision
and involve no will
the no thing is a time
for knowing the soul

who it is and
who you are
as a point of light
on this blue ball

the knowing is the knowing
you are all ways
in the right place
at the right time

there is a peace
in the heart of surrender
and resolution
to the wonder

why the energy comes and goes
and how come we feel the know thing

when its like that
we know its ok
to just be

Ahhhhhhhhh... sounds like bliss. I need so much to do this. Finding perfect stillness, perfect equilibrium... Trouble is, I will be there too, which kinda spoils that sense of peace! :)) I'm sure that such an "emptying" must lead to a sense of a greater "in-filling" and a sense of enlarged space and place in the world. Tranquil and inspiring thoughts, Debby. TY Kate xx

Mastering white meditation is not as easy as it sounds and finding peace in silence, in this noisy cacophonous world, is a real challenge. Blessings ...

Perfectly OK and perfectly expressed! Look at all the problems and illnesses when peeps try to BE something ... different. Guess I never wanted to be a cowboy when I grew up. Come to think of it, maybe I never bothered to grow up! LOL
