AND TO ALL A HAPPY NEW YEAR

Family

My soul is filled with spirituality

for my Family

whether by love, blood, or marriage.

Within them I always see

the past generations

and those to be.

The leaves of each family’s branch

have stories all their own

remembrances and traditions to keep.

Each branch has special meaning;

each life a continuance

of those before them.

Nurtured by faith and love,

this nurturing is returned

one to each other.

A continuance of family,

all important to our being,

is our life’s blood.

Next to God our families be,

and as each leaf falls

we reunite.
