Funny Little Beagle

Our funny little beagle is as cute as she could be,
She loves her food and biscuits and eats anything she sees.
We couldn’t wait to hear her bugle, at first it was a pure delight,
But now it drives us crazy, when she bugles through the night.

Our little beagle’s very determined and she surely wants to please,
But that goes out the window when she’s chasing squirrels up trees.
It seems that her determination drives that little squirt,
We even tied a log to her so that beagle wouldn’t get hurt. 

Not coming when she was called was the reason for the log.

But all she did was drag it with her, the wood and the dog.

People came from all around to see this funny sight,
Watching the beagle drag the log, & run from morn’ til’ night.

If she gets something in her mind, there’s nothing you can do.
For she’ll find someway to get it, whether its hotdogs or some stew.
You’ve just got to love her, there’s nothing more to say.
“Cause that funny little beagle, finally decided to sit and stay.
