Thought a little humor would be the perfect thing for this beautiful sunny day.

Scream Fire!
 
Were you ever at the movies & couldn’t wait until it was o’er?
Thinking of everything you had to do & was doing right before.
So why are you still sitting there, get up right now and leave?
But your best friend loves it, which you can hardly believe.
 
How can she like this thing, it’s as boring as can be?
You’d rather have a tooth pulled, or climb a thorny tree.
You’ve got to go no matter what, even if she’d wail!!!
So you decide to scream,” FIRE” and see the same movie in jail.

Hah, loved it...my husband ask me to go to the movies a few weeks ago as we've had very little time together due to his horrible shift change...I think he thought this would be a way of enjoying our time together and make up for time lost! I sat there thinking about all the things that we could be doing at home...enjoying a movie, snuggling on the couch, the solitude of our home, taking a ride together...but I endured for his benefit...never thought about hollering FIRE! Never told him that I'de rather be home with him, I think the mexican dinner afterward made up for the long, long movie and then the quiet ride home with the sunroof open enjoying the night and the stars...loved this write...been there done that with friends also! Loved the humor!
