Yes, I Will Someday?
Would I have been one of the doubters when my Lord walked this earth?
Would I have watched his miracles and simply scoffed with mirth?
Or would I have been in that group that followed and believed?
Where nothing could shake my faith by thinking I was deceived.
So many disbelievers actually saw the great things that Jesus could perform.
Yet they still doubted HIM unmercifully, some of them even showed their scorn.
I’d like to believe that I would have stood up and followed him wherever he’d go,
All these things I wonder about and the answers I may never know.
I'd like to believe I was there at the cross for Mary as she cried and grieved.
I'd like to think I held Mary in my arms, comforting her because I believed.
Someday I may have the answers for the questions I have asked.
So I will know I'm deserving of HIS love and continue on my given task.
I can’t imagine anyone not believing. when they heard those healing cries.
He amazed so many while on earth, by even giving sight to someone’s eyes.
I’ve seen and heard of many miracles that my Lord has shown to me.
So I believe in HIM with all my heart, even though my eyes can not see.
And I believe HE still walks on this earth, but in a more Heavenly way.
And someday I will see my Lord in person…yes, I will someday.

You raise a lot of thought-provoking questions. Only God knows the answers. The amazing and wonderfull thing is that He picks us up when we fall and forgives us when we let Him down.
The underlying them in your poem, I think, is the fervent desire in your loving heart to honor the Lord with your life now!
