Oh that Diva...no heart, no heart at all.

Poem Artwork

The Diva is Flyin High

Oh, that Sam ya gotta love him for he’s so darn cute.
But I had to let him go, I had to give him the Diva boot.
Ya see I can’t stand the studs who whine and complain.
For I’m a Diva full of life, all my energy those studs drain.

So what if my new boy toy doesn’t have a snout,
He has many other attributes I can’t live without.
He has a yacht, a castle and a whole world to explore.
He simply opens up his wallet and I begin to soar.

I almost have enough for my dowry; soon I will find my man.
He will be the one I will marry and my life will be so grand.
So my poor Sam will have to accept it and take it on the chin.
For this Diva is airborne & I’m definitely not flyin with him.

Well done, Diva Bonnie; you can tell one dandy of a story in your poems! And that piccy: hiLARious; to coin the lyrics from Stevie Wonder--"isn't she lovely"! LOL
