The Gift

The Gift The glimmering glowed from the lighted sphere, dancing lights of shattered illusions towered in mid air. Divine inner peace of calmness followed its path dazed by its beauty, overwhelmed in awe to its aftermath. I watched with closed eyes fearful of the unknown. Yet, I saw the details of this spectacular vision shown. All fears vanished as it approached taken my breath. Genuine inner peace calmed my frighten soul to rest. The light penetrated the surface of my skin, washing peace throughout erased all of my sins. My mind spoke words in foreign tongue, I knew somehow my journey had just begun. Transcending throughout time and space, I found peace within this secrete place. Tears from my soul were released with gratitude, unknown to me are reasons for a gift of this magnitude. If this is a vision of life after death, death I will no longer fear when I breathe my last breath. Copyright 2001 Tracey L. Hardie
