Mama's Pretty Flowers

Scented flowers...
Blooming...
Everywhere in mama's
garden of beauty.
Years of hard work
The toll of her hands.
Today
We picked the pretty
flowers
Arranged them perfectly
Placed them on
her cold grave..
Tears
flowing down my face
Regrets
Words left unspoken..
Now too late.
Mama's pretty flowers
touching soft dirt
Hauntingly chilling
Tears
For Mamas pretty flowers.
and the beautiful soul who
planted them.

I am an avid gardener and there is nothing so uplifting to me than a garden of colour and scent. This was a lovely tribute to your mother even though she is not around, those flowers will live on in her memory.

Wonderful wonderful ...

This is a wonderful tribute to your lovely Mama ... Your Love for her ever ending and you always did the wonderful thing for her in AD ... What to say and what not to for your wonderful write ... Just few lines to mark the memories of all those dreams we sat together to think off ....

Mama's Pretty Flower ..
Good or Bad ...
It Live in your Heart ...

Wakeup in the pleasant morning ...
To welcome the pretty flower ...
It keep smiling to say ...
I love you babe ...

I will hold your hands ...
and save you from the Devils ...
Be Strong and fight against the evils ..
Roaming here and there in the world ...

I am with you and your Family...
Thinking of you lovely family ...
What you do for your lovely family ...
What you give for wonderful home ...

Think of me ...
Think of me ...
When you feel ... You are alone ...
When you feel ... There is no one near you ...
I'm with you to share the wonderful days you love to dream off ...

Keep moving as a strong warrior and conqure the world to say you are my princess ...

Wish u all happiness ...
Think of your world ...
Think of your family ...

"Mama's Pretty Flowers"

by: Linda M. Hill ... the song

I

Mama's pretty flowers - growing everywhere,
Working in her garden - a rose in her hair,
Mama's pretty flowers - so beautiful to see,
Pretty little flowers - miracles to be.

Chorus .....

Mama's pretty flowers - all colors and kinds,
Are blooming forever - in this heart of mine,
Her garden of beauty - a paradise for me,
Will live forever - throughout eternity.

II

A garden of beauty - years of hard work,
A labor of love - she wouldn't shirk,
Took a toll on her hands - made her back hurt,
As she knelt and dug - in her blessed dirt.

Chorus .....

Mama's pretty flowers - all colors and kinds,
Are blooming forever - in this heart of mine,
Her garden of beauty - a paradise for me,
Will live forever - throughout eternity.

Musical break .....

Bridge .....

We picked her pretty flowers one day
and arranged them perfectly,
Then placed them on her cold grave,
With tear filled eye that couldn't see,

Chorus .....

Mama's pretty flowers - all colors and kinds,
Are blooming forever - in this heart of mine,
Her garden of beauty - a paradise for me,
Will live forever - throughout eternity.

III

Regrets of words unspoken - agonize my soul,
Crying it's to late now - to ever let her know,
Mama's pretty flowers - slowly touch the ground
But When I see a flower - she'll stil be around.

Chorus .....

Mama's pretty flowers - all colors and kinds,
Are blooming forever - in this heart of mine,
Her garden of beauty - a paradise for me,
Will live forever - throughout eternity.

Tag .....

Mama's pretty flowers
blooming everywhere,
Wherever they grow -
She is always there
She is always there
She is always there.

Are you old enough to remember "The Sons Of The Pioneers" with Roy Rogers? They sang "Bring Her The Flowers Now" and your poem has me humming that song. Thank You.

I feel your anguish and your pain. Though I
know I can never fully understand the grief
of another. Dear gentle heart. Though we
are so far away, I am with you in Spirit and
Soul every moment of the day. Write for the
world Lady of my heart, and write for Linda
Mae. We love you at AD. You have so many
friends here. But none will ever think of
you in all their thoughts the way I do.
How can I feel any other way. Love Bill
P.S. Let the battle continue. My loins are
girded and the drums are beating in my Soul
