This piece tears me apart like no other...maybe because I recognize the fragility that arrives with age when our bodies were originally created to last forever when the first man was perfect.

Time sure don't heal. Our love remains forever and real. Until it's time for us to be reeled in too.
Likewise, i miss my hero, too. Yet I never feel sad, just privileged and glad that I had such a great; loving dad.

It is beautiful, Anna. I feel left out when these days come each year, Mother's and Father's Day. I guess I'll just stop and say you don't know how much you are blessed to have had parents you respected.
